  • •Initial practical experience or internships in similar roles, ideally consulting
  • •Basic knowledge of process excellence, customer excellence, business cases, and reporting
  • •Advanced skills in executive reporting and Powerpoint
  • •Familiarity with S/4HANA and Salesforce (plus)
  • •Interest in agile, interconnected, diverse, and interdisciplinary teams
  • •Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • •Excellent communication skills
  • •Fluency in English

Currently in higher education

Tasks

  • •Refine management reports for the S/4HANA and Salesforce transformation
  • •Target key stakeholders including the Supervisory and Executive Boards
  • •Collaborate on the Value Case Management process from definition to implementation
  • •Partner with business segments and IT experts
  • •Assist in decision-making within management committees
  • •Advise program management as a strategic sparring partner
  • •Develop program policies and implement quality measures
  • •Identify areas for improvement within the program
  • •Support the risk and issue management process
  • •Contribute to the development of solution approaches
  • •Coordinate resource and budget planning with controlling
  • •Manage key interface topics across the program
