Requirements

  • Pursuing degree in UX/communication/media design, HCI, or related
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and tool experience
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Tasks

  • Design and produce on-brand digital and print assets
  • Create assets for events and channels
  • Develop internal communication materials
  • Produce merchandise materials
  • Design banners
  • Create presentations
  • Develop simple motion graphics
  • Request quotes from vendors and print services
  • Share specifications with vendors
  • Review proofs from vendors
  • Track vendor timelines and deliveries
  • Participate in design reviews
  • Provide constructive feedback on UX and visual designs
  • Help maintain design documentation
  • Update visual assets, including logos, images, and templates
  • Ensure consistency across communication channels
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies

Education

  • High school diploma

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
