- •Ongoing studies in Psychology, Sociology, or comparable field with a focus on research methods
- •Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- •Understanding of target group definition, triggering, and user-oriented survey design
- •Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- •Basic knowledge of SPSS
- •Structured and independent working style
- •Strong communication and teamwork skills
- •Excellent German and English skills
- •Practical experience in preparing and analyzing survey data in SPSS
- •Experience using survey tools such as SoSci Survey, LimeSurvey, Unipark, Hotjar, or Survicate
- •Practical experience in the B2B sector
