Tasks

- Support service requestors and business owners in establishing new services
- Monitor progress of control functions in contract reviews
- Support Clearstream Outsourcing Coordinator and Business Surveillance Teams
- Operate the Outsourcing Pre-assessment process independently
- Support the review of Outsourcing Risk Assessments
- Perform data consistency checks for accurate Outsourcing register
- Contribute proactively to achieving team targets and objectives
- Interact closely with Clearstream segments, Intercompany Organization, Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Information Security, Data Protection, Audit, and Compliance
- Explain consequences of non-compliance to service requestors and business owners
- Guide Clearstream segments and business owners in defining measurable performance indicators
- Review and validate performance reports
- Prepare performance reports for presentation to respective boards
Education
- Currently in higher education
Languages
- English – Fluent
- German – is a plus
