- •Technical degree studies at college or university
- •Good base of technical knowledge
- •Customer support experience (plus)
- •Analytical and trouble-shooting mindset
- •Ability following processes and writing notes
- •Clear communication skills in English
- •Customer support or software experience (beneficial)
- •Enjoyment of complexity and uncertainty

Tasks
- •Own the early shift from 4am to 8am
- •Monitor the health of installed scanning units
- •Respond to customer enquiries across various mediums
- •Check and address raised system alerts
- •Solve technical issues using provided knowledge
- •Perform fault-finding and document findings
- •Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- •Coordinate solutions with developers and 3rd level teams
- •Maintain detailed case documentation in internal systems
- •Provide customers with constant status updates
