Requirements

  • Enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Structured and organized work approach with attention to data quality and detail
  • Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
  • Interest in project management, digital tools, and pharmaceutical processes
  • Reliable, proactive, and independent work ethic
  • Confident communication with stakeholders and proactive follow-up
  • Fluent English, written and spoken

Tasks

  • Support transformation of pipeline tracking
  • Focus on tech transfer activities
  • Set up projects in PM system
  • Create pre-evaluation projects
  • Maintain project charters, journals, resources, and financial data
  • Ensure data quality
  • Maintain and structure SharePoint areas
  • Update and organize SharePoint content
  • Support project initialization
  • Prepare TechPack by requesting documentation
  • Follow up for timely documentation availability
  • Monitor project timelines
  • Check for deviations from internal KPIs
  • Support project reporting
  • Consolidate data into monthly dashboard

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Fluent
