- Very good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- First practical experience in HR (internship, working student, admin support)
- Interest in recruitment coordination, candidate experience, and HR administration
- Ideal candidate location within commuting distance of Neuss
Tasks
- Support candidate coordination
- Conduct pre-screening activities
- Schedule interviews
- Coordinate interviews and meetings
- Communicate professionally with candidates
- Assist in creating job postings
- Publish job postings on recruiting platforms
- Maintain applicant tracking system data
- Update recruiting tools
- Prepare recruiting reports
- Create talent acquisition presentations
- Support pre-employment activities
- Coordinate medical appointments
- Handle administrative tasks
- Ensure accurate documentation
- Comply with internal recruiting processes

- Currently in higher education
