Requirements

  • Enrollment in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of IT systems handling big data
  • Familiarity with digital transformation concepts and industrial processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges
  • Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

Tasks

  • Assist in executing contractual clauses for spare parts invoicing
  • Identify areas for improvement and digitalization
  • Support the design and development of IT solutions for dynamic price data
  • Participate in team meetings with international stakeholders
  • Gather requirements and compare with best practices
  • Present solution proposals to the team
  • Help with invoice data collection and analysis
  • Visualize data to support decision-making
  • Support testing and validation of new solutions
  • Ensure effectiveness and user-friendliness of solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
