Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or comparable field
  • Confident use of MS Excel and MS Teams; knowledge of filters, sorting, basic formulas, or pivot tables (advantageous)
  • Good German and/or English skills (written and spoken)
  • Careful and concentrated working style with large data amounts
  • Conscientious, independent, and responsible work approach
  • Analytical mindset for data review and discrepancy investigation
  • Team orientation and active project collaboration

Tasks

  • Support manual data entry, verification, and reconciliation
  • Maintain and update Excel reconciliation lists
  • Maintain and update Excel control tables
  • Support identification of required data cleansing activities
  • Support resolution of required data cleansing activities
  • Assist with basic data analyses
  • Assist with data quality reporting

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
