Requirements

  • Studies in a technical or business-related field
  • Initial experience or interest in agile project management and change management
  • Confident use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook)
  • Experience or willingness to familiarize with Miro
  • Ability to structure tasks meticulously
  • Ability to analyze goals carefully
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexibility in adapting
  • Seeking long-term commitment
  • Fluency in German
  • Very good English
  • Enrollment at university

Tasks

  • Prepare the Defect Control Board
  • Ensure availability of relevant information for decision-making
  • Organize and coordinate PI Planning sessions
  • Manage room arrangements for planning meetings
  • Perform ALM queries independently
  • Update dashboards for project status transparency
  • Track outstanding updates and deliverables
  • Drive project progress proactively
