Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field, ideally operations, production, or planning focus
  • Availability for ~20 hours/week for at least 8 months
  • Strong analytical mindset and interest in supply chains, production, and forecasting
  • Data and Excel proficiency; ERP or planning tools experience is a plus
  • Structured, detail-oriented, reliable working style; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Fluent English; German is a plus
  • First practical experience (internship, working student) in Supply or Production Planning
  • Exposure to FMCG, food, supplements, cosmetics, or high-volume production environments

Tasks

  • Support Supply Planning team
  • Translate demand forecasts into production plans
  • Ensure material availability for production
  • Maintain production and supply schedules
  • Coordinate with Demand Planning and Purchasing
  • Track production performance against plan
  • Identify variances and risks
  • Prepare reports and analyses in Excel
  • Support decision-making with planning data
  • Communicate with operations, purchasing, and marketing
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses
  • Perform data checks
  • Contribute to process improvements

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Fluent
  • German – is a plus
