Requirements

  • Studies in business informatics, business administration with IT focus, computer science, data science, or comparable
  • Openness to new things, technology affinity, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to familiarize with new tools and react flexibly
  • Strong analytical thinking for problem structuring and solution development
  • High initiative and independent, proactive work style
  • Structured project organization and clear prioritization
  • Reliable and careful working method
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Active exchange with colleagues and interface partners
  • Good MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge or motivation to learn
  • Knowledge of 'vibe coding' or interest in AI-supported solutions is an advantage
  • Excellent German language skills (C1-C2)
  • Fluent English skills (B2)

  • Support IT portfolio analysis
  • Identify gaps and optimization potential
  • Participate in cross-departmental initiatives
  • Plan and implement workshops and meetings
  • Develop AI-supported agents
  • Contribute improvement suggestions
  • Iteratively develop work artifacts
  • Ensure data consistency across systems
  • Research and correct discrepancies
  • Prepare high-quality presentation documents
  • Design strategy review materials
  • Create and maintain one-pagers
  • Update protocols and guidelines

  • Currently in higher education
