Requirements

  • Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT Security, or related field
  • Basic understanding of software development and security concepts
  • Familiarity with programming languages (Go is a plus)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD (GitLab/GitHub Actions) and/or security tools is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills in English; German is a plus
  • Team player with proactive attitude

Tasks

  • Assist in integrating security practices into software development lifecycle
  • Support threat modeling and risk assessments
  • Help develop and maintain security guidelines and documentation
  • Assist in reviewing and triaging security scanner results
  • Help maintain security dashboards and generate vulnerability metrics reports
  • Support integration and configuration of security scanning tools in CI/CD pipelines
  • Assist in creating materials for security awareness campaigns and developer training

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Advanced
  • German – is a plus
