Tasks

  • Support origination, pitching, and structuring of securitisation transactions across diverse industries
  • Support restructuring of existing securitisation deals
  • Set up internal reporting tools for new securitisation deals
  • Set up internal monitoring tools for new securitisation deals
  • Analyze historical portfolio data using internal rating models
  • Prepare client presentations
  • Observe the structuring process
  • Liaise with originators, law firms, and internal bank departments

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
