  • •Initial experience in creating process descriptions and optimizing processes
  • •Interest in digital tools and automation
  • •Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • •Proficiency in MS Office and experience in MS Power Platform
  • •Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
  • •Independent and structured working style

Tasks

  • •Optimize manual and system-supported processes
  • •Assist in automation projects

  • •Ensure consistency between ERP and non-ERP systems
  • •Research new technologies
  • •Contribute to knowledge transfer through training materials and short sessions
  • •Collaborate with various teams across the Sales department
