Tasks

• •Maintain and administer customer data in the CRM system
• •Compile, file, and assign sales documents
• •Maintain the folder structure for sales documents
• •Update templates and standard documents
• •Create cancellation confirmations
• •Support invoice verification and reminders
• •Send invoice copies to customers
• •Communicate with customers and internal departments
• •Assist with process documentation
• •Participate in projects like inventory and reconciliation
• •Help set up a new folder structure
