- Maintain business relationships to meet regulatory requirements
- Organize trader examinations
- Grant access authorizations to the trading floor
- Support regular supervisory reporting
- Provide 1st level support on regulatory admissions
- Answer client and internal stakeholder questions via phone and email
- Draft process documentation and guidelines
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in trader admission and termination processes
- Create reports for BaFin and Hessische Börsenaufsicht
- Answer internal stakeholder requests on client admissions
- Coordinate with clients for trader exam organization
- Support creation of invoices for trader examinations and trainings
- Maintain and develop process descriptions
- Manage data and create business/administrative documents
- Develop reports and dashboards using AI and automation
- Support CRM tool implementation with data governance and automation
- Assist in various daily tasks and projects
Education
- Currently in higher education
Languages
- English – Fluent
- German – Basic
