  • Optimize recruitment processes with AI
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn
  • Set up candidate pipelines
  • Assist in recruiting initiatives and team workshops
  • Maintain internal knowledge platform using MS SharePoint
  • Participate in internal HR and recruiting projects
  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities
  • Contribute to recruitment analytics and reporting
  • Support employer branding initiatives
  • Manage social media recruitment campaigns

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree
