Requirements

  • Enrolled at German university with at least one year remaining
  • Studies in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • Genuine interest in Human Resources
  • Prior experience in Recruitment is a plus
  • Strong self-organization

  • Dynamic approach to work
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Proficiency in Turkish, French, Italian, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Serbian, Croatian, Bulgarian, or German

Tasks

  • Support international recruiting team
  • Assist in sourcing candidates
  • Maintain strong candidate pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters
  • Coordinate candidate interviews
  • Schedule interviews professionally
  • Translate job descriptions
  • Edit job descriptions for clarity
  • Post job advertisements
  • Monitor incoming applications

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree
