You will drive efficiency in the company's procurement cycle by balancing operational order management with strategic projects like data analytics, process automation, or supplier research.

Requirements

• •Enrolled student in relevant field
• •Structured, reliable working style and ownership
• •Confidence in Microsoft Office
• •Initial ERP experience is a plus
• •Power BI, Tableau, or SQL basics
• •BPMN, RPA, or low-code skills
• •Strong German and English communication skills

Tasks

• •Create, review, and update purchase orders
• •Adjust delivery dates in the ERP system
• •Align proactively with suppliers regarding schedules
• •Track delivery status and monitor backorders
• •Escalate deviations in shipments or deliveries
• •Maintain master data for prices and lead times
• •Update item and supplier documentation
• •Resolve invoice and goods-receipt discrepancies
• •Execute RFQs and perform price comparisons
• •Support TCO analyses and savings tracking
• •Research suppliers and prepare clean datasets
• •Create negotiation and decision briefs
• •Deliver structured dossiers for procurement leads
• •Model procurement processes using BPMN
• •Draft SOPs and governance checklists
• •Build Power BI dashboards and define KPIs
• •Improve data quality for visual decision-making
• •Prototype RPA and low-code automation solutions
• •Automate recurring reports and workflows
• •Create training assets and onboarding guides
• •Support change initiatives and process adoption
