Requirements

  • Enrollment in a German University
  • Consulting experience via internships/working student positions (desirable)
  • Understanding of insurance or financial services (academic, internship, or work experience)
  • German and English fluency (minimum B2)
  • Student status throughout contract duration
  • Basic Project Management understanding
  • Basic AI frameworks understanding
  • Ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks
  • Interest in supporting clients in AI adoption
  • Genuine interest and affinity for IT
  • Genuine interest and affinity for Generative AI (GenAI)
  • Certificate of enrollment (exception gap year)
  • Valid Work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens)
  • Ability to work with current VISA
  • International experience (welcome)
  • Speaking German (welcome)
  • Speaking other languages (welcome)
