Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master student in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar
  • Experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, pulse generators, high voltage equipment)
  • Basic programming knowledge in Python
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
  • Precise, observant, eager to learn, motivated, self-reliant, asks for help
  • Can-do attitude

Tasks

  • Support development and improvement of benchmark discrete semiconductors
  • Conduct electrical characterization measurements
  • Automate measurement setups

  • Currently in higher education
