Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
  • Ongoing academic focus on engineering fundamentals
  • Initial hands-on experience with CAD and simulation tools
  • Strong interest in engineering and product development
  • Motivation to apply theoretical knowledge practically
  • Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage tasks alongside academic commitments
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm for understanding technical challenges
  • Enthusiasm for data-driven insights
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic exposure to dashboards or data visualization (advantageous)
  • Clear communication skills
  • Openness to collaborate in international, cross-functional team
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Good written and spoken German skills

Tasks

  • Support product development with data collection
  • Conduct structured analysis throughout development
  • Prepare clear reports for the development lifecycle
  • Assist with product design using CAD tools
  • Contribute to functional and efficient solutions
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation
  • Create reports for internal and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support prototyping and testing activities
  • Collaborate with engineering and development teams
  • Contribute to design improvement initiatives
  • Enhance product quality, performance, and usability
  • Monitor product performance and test results
  • Document findings in a structured manner
  • Maintain engineering databases and development documentation
  • Ensure data accuracy and availability
  • Participate in team meetings and problem-solving
  • Provide administrative and technical support
