Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German
  • Enrollment in university pursuing bachelor's or master's degree
  • Preferred areas: Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain
  • Strong affinity for IT
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Detail-oriented and structured
  • High degree of reliability and sense of responsibility
  • High willingness to learn and improve processes
  • Motivation to work in a team and independently

Tasks

  • Support Operational Procurement activities in SAP S/4 HANA and Coupa Systems
  • Execute order processes for Procurement requirements
  • Assist Global Category Managers and Buyers throughout the Sourcing process
  • Liaise with Global Procurement Managers on Coupa usage for procurement and contract management
  • Conduct independent research on suppliers and markets
  • Present research findings to Global Procurement Managers
  • Foster effective and trustful relationships with teammates and stakeholders

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Business Fluent
