Tasks

  • Coordinate CAPEX requests end-to-end
  • Oversee meeting schedules and roles
  • Align with CAPEX managers, strategic buyers, and engineering
  • Complete standardized CAPEX Template accurately
  • Streamline internal procurement processes
  • Design efficient CAPEX governance
  • Prepare and present CAPEX requests in MFT forums
  • Follow up on open actions proactively
  • Communicate rejected requests to project leads
  • Adjust budgets in systems as needed

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Fluent
  • German – is a plus
