Requirements

  • Enrolled full-time student in Economics, Business Administration, IT, Industrial Engineering, or similar field
  • Very good Google Workspace knowledge
  • MS Office experience
  • Mandatory discretion and strong focus on accuracy
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • German, French, or Spanish language skills (plus)
  • Good team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Submission of cover letter, CV, and relevant transcripts
  • Submission of enrolment certificate

Tasks

  • Support Procurement Commodity Team
  • Gain insight into IT hardware, software, and services sourcing
  • Standardize and bundle IT demands
  • Evaluate and develop suppliers
  • Prepare presentations and analyses
  • Organize internal events, workshops, and meetings
  • Manage travel and travel expenses
  • Handle smaller project tasks
  • Support Commodity Manager in RFI and RFP events
  • Follow up on RFI and RFP events

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree

  • English – Native

  • Spanish – Basic
