Requirements

  • Ongoing studies in industrial engineering, production engineering/management, process engineering, or comparable field
  • Valid enrollment as a student for the entire duration of the working student position

  • Structured, well-organized, and reliable working style
  • Strong teamwork skills and assertiveness
  • Very good communication skills in German and English at all levels

  • Develop operational processes in pilot production
  • Document operational processes in pilot production
  • Improve operational processes in pilot production
  • Contribute to quality and process improvement projects
  • Optimize quality documentation
  • Analyze data
  • Optimize production processes
  • Assist with safety-related topics in pilot production
  • Assist with occupational safety
  • Implement preventive measures
  • Prepare safety documentation
  • Support Lean Management and Operational Excellence initiatives
  • Conduct process analyses
  • Develop standards
  • Support continuous improvement activities
  • Create, maintain, and further develop tools and analyses for structured data evaluation
  • Prepare operational reports and support their clear and structured communication

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • German – Native
  • English – Native
