- Maintain Performance Management routines and SQCDP panels
- Generate reports and manage internal communication
- Support safety initiatives and improvement projects
- Prepare presentations and facilitate team workshops
- Drive change by contributing personal ideas and impulses
- Contribute to digitalization and innovation initiatives
