Tasks
- Manage job postings
- Schedule candidate interviews
- Communicate with candidates
- Process talent acquisition documentation
- Assist with sourcing activities
- Conduct market research for candidates
- Maintain and update HR tool data
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues
- Manage employee data
- Support employee onboarding
- Create employee documents as needed
- Support ad-hoc HR projects

- Currently in higher education
