Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or related field
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinking and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Attention to detail and outstanding analytical skills
  • Enjoyment of collaboration and excellent communication skills
  • Confident use of Excel/Google Sheets for organising and visualising schedules and data
  • Familiarity with programming (e.g., AppScript, Python, or Javascript) is a bonus
  • Proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of German or French is a plus

Tasks

  • Develop and publish weekly schedules for international Runners
  • Align schedules with demand forecasts and employee availability
  • Collaborate with Distribution, Growth, and People Ops
  • Identify and implement solutions for capacity and planning challenges
  • Maintain and optimize tools and dashboards
  • Ensure smooth operations and data-driven decision-making

  • Currently in higher education
