Requirements

• Enrollment in Business, Psychology, Sociology, or comparable
• Hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
• Teamwork skills
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort dealing with international people
• Good knowledge of MS-Office
• Experience with Personio and SAP SF advantageous
• Fluency in German and English

Tasks

• Assist with daily People Team operations
• Communicate with candidates and hiring departments
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Post and manage job advertisements
• Manage employment contracts
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain, collect, and analyze HR data
• Organize and update physical and digital employee files
• Ensure document compliance and accuracy
• Develop and improve current systems and processes
• Execute projects based on personal interests and strengths
• Supervise reception and administrative functions
• Manage property, facilities, and work environment safety
• Provide necessary office furnishings and equipment
• Support external communication via phone and email
• Ensure colleague well-being and a positive work experience
