Requirements

  • Fluent English, German and/or French (a plus)

Tasks

  • Prepare for audits to ensure compliance
  • Prepare CFT documentation
  • Support operational surveillance activities
  • Ensure services meet contract requirements
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for review meetings
  • Manage building and IT access requests
  • Monitor weekly planning
  • Track employee attendance
  • Validate working hours in clocking system
  • Coordinate technical, material, and human resources
  • Manage purchase orders
  • Track and analyze KPIs and SQCDPF metrics
  • Track employee skills
  • Validate employee qualifications
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyze performance data with spreadsheets
  • Create dashboards with spreadsheets
  • Quantify improvements with spreadsheets
  • Prepare professional presentations for stakeholders
  • Document work processes for compliance
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and KPIs
  • Report project progress, risks, and KPIs to leadership

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree
