Tasks

  • Assist in implementing and developing Airbus Operating System (AOS)
  • Support Lean methods and process improvements
  • Monitor and prepare key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Coordinate with management to prepare key figures
  • Support resolution of performance deviations
  • Prepare and manage meetings for management
  • Track and follow up on action items
  • Manage sub-projects in operational quality assurance
  • Proactively engage with other departments
  • Identify and improve process interfaces

Education

  • Currently in higher education
