Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor's/Master's in Learning Psychology, HCI, UX, or Content Marketing Writing
  • Firm grasp of adult learning principles and application in digital environments
  • Basic knowledge of HTML or willingness to learn
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline) is a plus
  • Experience with video editing (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere) is a plus
  • Enjoyment of analyzing learner feedback and metrics
  • Fluent English (C1+ level)
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging scripts

Tasks

  • Build interactive courses using native authoring tools and LMS
  • Configure courses to meet learning stickiness standards
  • Script and produce how-to demos and conceptual videos
  • Ensure multimedia content is sleek, on-brand, and easy to follow
  • Analyze feedback data to identify friction points
  • Implement updates to improve content quality
  • Manage digital badge ecosystem for accuracy and value
  • Contribute to AI applications in learning
  • Optimize content for SEO
  • Advance learning analytics
