Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or comparable field
  • Very good English skills, written and spoken
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Structured, independent, and reliable working style
  • High self-motivation, communication skills, and interest in customer-facing topics
  • Initial practical experience through internships or working student positions is an advantage, but not a requirement

Tasks

  • Support Key Account Management team
  • Contribute to strategic and mid-term sales planning
  • Manage customer portal administration
  • Process orders
  • Conduct customer-specific price analyses
  • Create and maintain price lists
  • Prepare customer, product, and management presentations
  • Prepare reporting materials
  • Review contractual standards and norms
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders
  • Support other OE Key Account teams
  • Gain insight into international sales structures

Education

  • Currently in higher education

  • English – Business Fluent
