- Work closely with architects, product owners, and IT/OT teams
- Create and update architecture diagrams
- Document application relationships
- Support IT/OT landscape documentation
- Use modern enterprise tools like LeanIX, ServiceNow, and Confluence
- Consult with specialist department contacts
- Model IT processes using BPMN 2.0
- Maintain process documentation
- Document process responsibilities
- Prepare presentations for internal stakeholders
- Develop concepts and documentation
