Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Informatics or comparable
  • Solid Microsoft 365 skills
  • Interest in IT/OT and digital transformation
  • Experience with BPM tools or Azure DevOps
  • Confident and responsible use of AI tools
  • Experience with Python or GraphQL
  • Structured, reliable and proactive working style
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good English and German skills

Tasks

  • Shape the IT/OT landscape for a digital future
  • Create and update architecture diagrams and application relationships
  • Document the IT/OT landscape using LeanIX, ServiceNow, and Confluence
  • Consult with specialist departments regarding applications and technologies
  • Model and maintain IT processes using BPMN 2.0
  • Document process responsibilities within BIC Process Design
  • Prepare presentations and concepts for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and IT/OT teams
