Tasks

  • Support the annual J-SOX self-assessment process
  • Establish and coordinate an international IT controls framework
  • Contribute to the automation of J-SOX controls
  • Assist the IT department with J-SOX control execution
  • Revise and publish IT-related policies and guidelines
  • Optimize processes using AI tools
  • Support various process automation initiatives
  • Evaluate and implement AI tools for J-SOX and security
  • Apply JIRA automation and JIRA AI knowledge
  • Manage JIRA tickets
  • Assist the J-SOX manager with system migrations
  • Support tool implementation projects
  • Assist with IT recertification efforts
  • Create reports

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Business Fluent
