Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Enrollment in degree program continuing in parallel with role
  • Basic Linux knowledge (terminal, logs, processes)
  • Genuine interest in monitoring, infrastructure, or DevOps
  • Good communication skills (technical to non-technical)
  • Structured and reliable work style, comfortable working independently
  • Prior exposure to Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Loki, or similar tools (bonus)
  • Near-native English proficiency (C1), written and spoken
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn

Tasks

  • Maintain and operate observability platform
  • Support new team onboarding
  • Provide first-level user support
  • Contribute to dashboard improvements
  • Update documentation and guides
  • Evaluate new tool features
  • Propose and test enhancements
  • Collaborate on infrastructure tasks

  • Currently in higher education
