Working Student - Intelligent Cabin Systems(m/w/x)
Assisting with cabin demonstrator improvements using IoT and microcontrollers. Bachelor/Master/PhD enrollment in a technical field required. Collaboration with global stakeholders, 20 hours/week commitment.
Requirements
- Enrolled in Bachelor/Master/PhD in CS, Aerospace Eng, Business, or related technical field
- Commitment to working up to 20 hours/week
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in international team, proactive in shaping ideas and sharing results
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle new topics
- Existing rights to work in Germany
- German language skills beneficial
- Past internship or work experience related to position considered a plus
- International exposure from studies/work experience beneficial
- Ability to work in fast-paced international team, strong verbal, written, social skills
- Experience in programming, especially microcontrollers and single-board computers
- Experience in 3D printing, rapid prototyping and soldering
- Experience in simulation and data visualization
- Current legal authorization to work immediately in Germany
- Successful candidates must satisfy Conflict of Interest assessment
Tasks
- Assist in improving the cabin demonstrator
- Work with IoT and microcontrollers
- Utilize 3D printing for project needs
- Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team
- Interact with global stakeholders
- Support the validation of smart cabin functionality
- Contribute to research and development efforts
