In this role, you will apply creativity to develop training content for SAP systems, design engaging learning methods, and help establish a training center focused on sales-to-site processes.

Requirements

• •Enrollment in Communication, Educational Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or comparable degree program
• •Passion for communication and initial experience advantageous
• •Strong interest in ERP systems
• •Creativity and conceptual thinking for innovative training formats
• •Ability to present complex processes clearly
• •Strong communication skills and teamwork in a global team
• •Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work
• •Good English skills, both written and spoken

Tasks

• •Support the development of a modular training concept
• •Contribute to the design of interactive learning methods
• •Visualize and present data and material flows
• •Assist in establishing a physical training center
• •Document and present conceptual ideas and proposals
• •Coordinate with relevant departments for process integration
