Requirements

  • Helpful studies in communication, marketing, educational/learning sciences, HR Management, Instructional Design, Media or similar
  • Previous working experience in Learning & Development, Communication or Marketing (a plus)
  • High accuracy, reliability, pro-activeness, independent work
  • Good communication skills; efficient work in professional, international environment
  • Business fluent English (reading and writing); beneficial German (not mandatory)
  • Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and business applications

Tasks

  • Drive key projects for learning initiatives
  • Support communication for new trainings
  • Promote new trainings and the portfolio
  • Draft blogposts, newsletters, and surveys
  • Administer the learning management system
  • Set up courses in the LMS
  • Maintain learning items in SuccessFactors
  • Prepare LMS administration reports
  • Ensure smooth learner journeys
  • Assist with operational planning
  • Coordinate team activities
  • Prepare team materials
  • Contribute ideas proactively
  • Shape underwriter learning experiences

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
