Requirements

• •Enrollment in Business, Economics, Law, or related degree
• •Excellent spoken and written English
• •German language skills as a plus
• •Excellent MS Office skills
• •Skills in data analytics and automation
• •Detail-oriented, proactive, open-minded, and curious
• •Passion for AI
• •Experience with AI as a plus
• •Understanding of IT services as an advantage
• •Basic knowledge of AI technologies and principles
• •University enrollment or gap year
• •Valid work and residence permit

Tasks

• •Gain insights into the intragroup contract lifecycle
• •Support strategic, legal, and risk management activities
• •Assist with accounting and tax-related contract tasks
• •Support contractual standards and knowledge management
• •Assist the CCM team with day-to-day activities
• •Create contracts and amendments
• •Process documents via contracting and signature tools
• •Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle
• •Research AI solutions to automate contracts
• •Discover tools to improve team productivity
• •Enable and promote AI solutions within the function
• •Structure and make information available
• •Maintain data registers and overviews
• •Manage data retention and analysis
• •Implement data automation
