Coordination of SAP HR project workshops, alignment meetings, and steering committee sessions. Enrollment in Business Psychology or similar degree, C1 German required. Direct support for high-level SAP HR committees.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in Business Psychology, Communication, Media Studies, or comparable degree program
  • Confidence in Microsoft Office and MS Teams usage
  • Ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly
  • Very good German (C1) and good English skills (written/spoken)
  • Initial exposure to project work (ideally HR/IT-related)
  • Interest in change management, organizational development, transformation
  • Basic understanding of HR processes or payroll (asset)

Tasks

  • Assist with coordinating SAP HR project workshops.
  • Assist with coordinating SAP HR alignment meetings.
  • Assist with coordinating SAP HR steering committee sessions.
  • Prepare and maintain meeting overviews.
  • Prepare and maintain agendas.
  • Prepare and maintain action item trackers.
  • Create and maintain project documentation.
  • Create and maintain process documentation.
  • Prepare and visualize project status for presentations.
  • Prepare and visualize project milestones for presentations.
  • Prepare and visualize decision requirements for presentations.
  • Support implementing change activities.
  • Support implementing communication activities.
  • Prepare information materials.
  • Prepare FAQs.
  • Contribute to organizational project topics.
  • Contribute to administrative project topics.
  • Collaborate closely with HR.
  • Collaborate closely with IT.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
