Requirements

  • Studies in economics, social sciences, business administration, computer science, controlling, or comparable field, ideally with HR, controlling, or project management focus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to structure and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Very good MS Office applications knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Power BI knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience with SharePoint, Viva Engage, MS Teams, and Jira is an advantage
  • Fluent written and spoken German
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • High flexibility and willingness to adapt
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive, independent, and highly reliable working style

  • Support team members in meeting preparation and follow-up
  • Research assigned topics
  • Develop creative communication materials
  • Enhance transparency and engagement with videos, click instructions, one-pagers, intranet pages
  • Support internal process analysis and optimization
  • Document processes in cooperation with team members
  • Participate actively in projects
  • Take responsibility for own work packages
  • Contribute to various initiatives and topics
  • Create presentations for top management and the CHRO
  • Handle independent project tasks
  • Support the development of the HR dashboard landscape

  • Currently in higher education
