  • Structure repo templates

  • Develop lightweight Python utilities

  • Create setup helpers
  • Develop simple CI checks
  • Implement linting checks
  • Implement unit tests
  • Implement demo run checks
  • Write concise technical documentation
  • Create READMEs for setup
  • Create READMEs for execution
