  • Good written and spoken English
  • Enrolled in degree program for at least 6 more months
  • Work experience in international corporate functions
  • Proactive mindset, experience collaborating with senior leadership
  • Willingness to work on-site at Mannheim office
  • Valid work permit for Germany

Tasks

  • Assist in analyzing core business processes
  • Participate in meetings and capture requirements
  • Support data collection and analysis
  • Identify process improvements
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare effective PowerPoint presentations
  • Design Excel Matrixes with Dashboards
  • Document processes
  • Create strategic management presentations
  • Support department leadership with organizational tasks
  • Manage agendas
  • Develop concept and communication materials

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Advanced
  • German – is a plus
