- Manage purchase order quantity adjustments
- Update purchase order delivery addresses
- Process purchase order price adjustments
- Request necessary approvals for orders
- Process finalized orders to vendors
- Maintain order confirmations
- Update statistical data records
- Maintain Z1 confirmations
- Support system and ordering process changes
- Update the Orderbook
- Maintain SAP purchasing inforecords
- Maintain vendor master data
- Maintain SKU master data
- Assist with Service/Scope of Requests (SORs)
- Assist with Management of Change (MOCs)
- Prepare documentation for MOCs
- Participate in meetings for quantity changes
- Coordinate shipments
- Monitor quality release prioritization
- Communicate shipping updates to markets
- Contribute to special assignments
