Requirements

  • Enrolled student at university or applied sciences
  • Preferred study fields: Business Admin, Information Mgmt, Communications, Project Mgmt, or related
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Confluence, or similar tools (plus)
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • German language skills (advantage)

Tasks

  • Support PMO communications by drafting updates, status reports, and materials
  • Create professional presentations and visual materials for leadership briefings
  • Manage and maintain calendars for the team manager
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure timely, conflict-free scheduling
  • Follow up with enterprise architects to track progress on initiatives
  • Drive timely delivery of agreed business outcomes
  • Provide administrative and organizational support
  • Manage documents, prepare meetings, track action items, and handle correspondence
  • Support event planning and logistics for team workshops and stakeholder engagements
  • Assist with reporting and tracking key metrics, milestones, and deliverables
