Working Student Embedded Hardware Engineering(m/w/x)
Developing schematics and layouts for automotive and aerospace hardware. Affinity in embedded hardware development required. Flexible scheduling, work during semester break.
Requirements
- Affinity in embedded hardware development
- Experience with analog electronic devices and systems, and simulation platforms (Spice, MATLAB)
- Programming skills (C, C++, Python) are a plus
- Student in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, Computer Science, or IT
- Experience in hardware development tools (Altium Designer is a plus)
- Experience with electronics equipment (Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Soldering stations)
- Knowledge and experience of Jira and Confluence would be advantageous
- Attention to detail, thoroughness, and clear communication skills
- Ability to work under own initiative or instruction
- Fluent in written and oral English; Dutch, German, Danish, Portuguese is a plus
Tasks
- Develop schematics and layouts
- Evaluate designs for global R&D
- Support HBK and Fusion products
- Set up hardware designs
- Implement schematics and layouts
- Test overall system with mechanics and firmware teams
- Develop new embedded hardware platforms
- Conduct digital and analog domain development
- Support EMC and environmental tests
- Evaluate and maintain new and existing products
- Develop new concepts and technologies
Education
- Currently in higher education
